JNPMEDI introduces a specialized virtual data room service to protect and enhance the business operations of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

The medical data platform company JNPMEDI (CEO Kwunho Jeong) announced the development of the virtual data room platform ‘Maven VDR,’ optimized for medical and pharmaceutical licensing business.

Using Maven VDR, pharmaceutical and biotech companies can securely manage internal assets such as confidential documents and data generated during key business processes like drug development and clinical trials. Additionally, it supports safe information exchange for inter-company confidential interactions needed for licensing business.

Furthermore, Maven VDR is expected to serve as a reliable platform during the due diligence process necessary for investment attraction and corporate acquisition, making it a versatile tool across various domains.

Maven VDR boasts strong security technologies among virtual data rooms. It features encryption, access control, and multi-factor authentication to ensure data integrity and personal information protection. It also excels in real-time monitoring of document access and changes by recording all user activities within the data room.

In addition, Maven VDR offers a user-friendly interface that significantly enhances usability, allowing users to quickly find and upload necessary data. JNPMEDI plans to provide valuable insights to the pharmaceutical and biotech market based on Maven VDR.

Product Owner Jungeun Kim stated, “Maven VDR will serve as a key tool for supporting secure data sharing, research results, and clinical trial information necessary for drug development in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. It will also speed up the development process,” adding, “We will continue to monitor the increasing market demand for licensing contracts in response to the evolving medical and pharmaceutical environment and provide customized solutions to address various challenges faced by our clients.”

Additionally, JNPMEDI plans to provide templates specialized for biotech license in-out and documents in DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications) file format for raw data verification through Maven VDR. Leveraging its clinical trial and new drug development consulting experience, the company will continue to enhance its solutions for successful licensing business.
