JNPMEDI (CEO KwunHo Jeong) announced on the 17th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BS Research to advance clinical research and global market expansion based on bio-compatible surface modification technology. This agreement aims to strengthen the overall competitiveness of the medical device industry through collaboration on domestic clinical trials, CE/FDA registration preparation, and joint research for the development of artificial breast implements.
The ceremony took place at the HQ of JNPMEDI, and the key focus of the agreement includes △Support for domestic clinical trial execution and operation △Consultation on CE/FDA certification registration procedures △Joint research for the development of artificial breast implants △Business development and licensing related consulting △Investment attraction support and global network connection.
BS Research will collaborate with JNPMEDI to establish R&D plans and share data necessary for obtaining CE/FDA certification and will work together to develop a commercialization strategy for global market entry.
JNPMEDI support the designing and operation of domestic and international clinical trials, provide consulting for registration procedurles, business development (BD), and licensing. In particular, the company plans to strengthen its competitiveness in the global medical device market through strategic consulting for investment attraction and market expansion.
