JNPMEDI (CEO, Kwunho Jeong) announced on the 17th, that it has signed MOU with the Research Institute for Dementia (RID) to develop AI-based clinical solutions. The agreement ceremony was attended by key executives from both sides, including JNPMEDI CEO, Kwunho Jeong and Geonho Lee, head of the Gwangju Dementia Cohort Research Group. Through this partnership, the two organizations will combine their data and technological capabilities to enhance clinical trial management systems and focus on maximizing success rates and operational efficiency.

The key point of this partnership is to integrate JNPMEDI’s clinical operation experience and AI development capabilities with the clinical trial preparation cohort of the RID to develop a high-speed digital clinical validation and regulatory approval platform. This aims to rapidly and accurately select suitable clinical trial participants, predict potential dropouts in advance, and enhance the efficiency of patient management systems, ultimately maximizing the success rate of clinical trials.

Additionally, both organizations are planning to develop solutions for the analysis and prediction of neurodegenerative diseases using AI technology based on comprehensive clinical data such as cognitive function tests, metabolic information, imaging, and genomics. The goal is to maximize the use of data throughout the entire clinical trial process and provide the foundation for future clinical research, focused on treating neurodegenerative diseases.

JNPMEDI and RID are committed to offering both business and technical support. By working closely together, both organizations plan to create specific action plans and progressively broaden the partnership.

Kwunho Jeong, CEO of JNPMEDI stated, “This MOU will be a great opportunity to accelerate digital transmission of clinical trial and AI innovation.
