The family-friendly certification is granted to companies that excel in operating exemplary programs aimed at helping employees harmonize their work and family. Through this certification, JNPMEDI has officially been recognized for its proactive efforts in fostering a family-friendly culture within the organization.


JNPMEDI has implemented a variety of welfare policies to enhance the quality of life for its employees. In particular, the company provides nursing rooms and maternity rest areas, offering practical support to employees balancing work and childcare. Additionally, the company prioritizes well-being of both employees and their family members by providing childbirth gifts, parental leave for spouses, and comprehensive health checkups for immediate family members.


The company promotes flexibility by offering a half-day off system and enabling employees to purchase extra day-offs with benefit points. To enhance time efficiency, flexible working hours are available on every Friday. During birthday weeks, employees are granted paid half-day off, along with gift cards and presents, fostering time with their family and boosting overall morale.
