| Public recruitment for CRA position ‘BLUE 4th Class’ to begin on February 4th after the events
JNPMEDI (CEO Jung Kwon-ho), an AI platform-based consulting firm for new drug and innovative medical device development, announced on the 22nd that it will host an Open House and Career Talk for pharmacists and nurses.
This event was designed for pharmacists and nurses who are considering expanding their careers into the clinical industry, moving a step beyond traditional career paths centered on hospitals and pharmacies.
The Open House for pharmacists will be held on the 28th at JNPMEDI’s headquarters in Songdo, Incheon. Park Sang-mi, Head of Clinical Operations, and Lee Jae-hyun, Vice President of JNPMEDI Partners, will participate as speakers. For the Career Talk, practitioners with diverse backgrounds, including a strategy/investment manager who is a US-licensed pharmacist and a pharmacist with global clinical project experience, will join as panelists.
Participants are expected to gain diverse advice on practical roles for pharmacists in the clinical industry and real-world examples of how pharmaceutical expertise can be expanded into fields such as clinical operations, strategy, and service planning. Additionally, an office tour to indirectly experience JNPMEDI’s organizational culture and work environment, along with a CRA recruitment briefing, will follow.
The Career Talk for nurses will be held online on February 3rd. Employees who have experienced CRA and CRC roles after obtaining their nursing licenses will lead the talk show, introducing their work methods and career growth processes in a digital-based clinical operation environment. They plan to share extensive stories on know-how to increase clinical operation efficiency by combining professional nursing knowledge and data-driven clinical experience with global guidelines. A recruitment briefing will also follow the practitioner Career Talk at this event.
Meanwhile, after both events conclude, the application period for the ‘BLUE 4th Class’ public recruitment for the CRA position targeting pharmacists and nurses will begin on February 4th.
