JNPMEDI (CEO Jung Kwon-ho), an AI platform-based consulting firm for new drug and innovative medical device development, announced that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Korea University Holdings Co., Ltd. (CEO Woo Sang-hyun) to establish a strategic cooperation system to increase the clinical entry and commercialization success rates of technology-based bio-health startups.

Through this agreement, JNPMEDI will operate a special CRO support program for companies discovered and recommended by Korea University Holdings. The company plans to provide CRO services under preferential terms (Preferred Pricing) and assign a dedicated core "A-Team" to oversee the entire process from strategy establishment to IND preparation and clinical operation, thereby enhancing the quality of clinical execution. In addition, it will systematically support the clinical success potential of Korea University Holdings' portfolio companies through full-cycle consulting, including pre-clinical and clinical design, regulatory strategy, and the establishment of marketing authorization roadmaps.

The two organizations will establish a constant cooperation channel where Korea University Holdings will continuously introduce promising companies to JNPMEDI, and JNPMEDI will share experiences and data accumulated during the clinical execution process to refine joint pipelines. JNPMEDI is also actively considering participating as an LP (Limited Partner) in funds raised by Korea University Holdings, pursuing a long-term partnership from both clinical and investment perspectives.

Furthermore, JNPMEDI Partners, a subsidiary of JNPMEDI, will perform investment and growth support roles in connection with this cooperation structure. The two organizations plan to share information on technology-based companies and early-stage startups, and streamline the investment review process through joint technology reviews, corporate diagnostics, and valuation discussions. They will also jointly promote fund formation, accelerating, and business development (BD) programs, focusing on bio-health technology commercialization and dental-specialized fields.

Jung Kwon-ho, CEO of JNPMEDI, stated, "This agreement is significant in that it lowers the structural barriers that technology-based startups face at the clinical stage and builds an execution-oriented cooperation model that naturally leads to commercialization and investment. We will enhance the global competitiveness of Korea University Holdings' portfolio companies through a support system that combines clinical expertise and investment linkage."
