| Contributing to the Revitalization of the Startup Ecosystem through Industry-Academia Collaboration



On the 5th, JNPMEDI (CEO KwunHo Jeong) and Kangnam University’s School of Business Administration (Dean GeunHo Park) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the University’s Shalom Hall, aiming to foster talent and support startup companies. The signing ceremony was attended by key officials, including Dean GeunHo Park from Kangnam University and Head of People Department JinHee Moon from JNPMEDI.


Through this partnership, both institutions aim to provide students with practical experience in the industry and strengthen collaboration with startup companies. Key points of the collaboration include: △the implementation of exchange programs to expand students' practical experience, △granting adjunct professor qualifications to strengthen industry-academia cooperation, and △fostering the startup ecosystem through exchange and support among startups. This initiative is expected to help students build practical skills in the fields of medical data and clinical research, while also providing startup companies with expanded business opportunities through mutual collaboration.


JinHui Moon, Head of People Department at JNPMEDI, stated, “Through this partnership, we hope that the next generation of leaders in the medical industry will gain practical experience and broaden their opportunities for collaboration with startups.” She added, “Together with Kangnam University, we will establish a strong industry-academia cooperation system to promote the development of medical data and digital healthcare.”


Dean GeunHo Park of Kangnam University’s School of Business Administration said, “We are pleased to offer our students the opportunity to gain practical experience and expertise through our collaboration with JNPMEDI.” He added, “I am confident that our graduates will be able to apply the skills they have learned to realize the core values of JNPMEDI and make a significant impact in the field of medical data.”
