| Recognized for its Technological Capabilities, Including Clinical Trial Data Management Platform.

The medical data platform company JNPMEDI announced on the 22nd that the Ministry of SMEs and Startups has selected it for the 'Scale-Up TIPS' program. This marks a second consecutive achievement following its designation for the 'TIPS' technology startup support program by the Ministry last April.
JNPMEDI has been selected for the investment-linked research and development (R&D) sector of the Scale-Up TIPS program. Scale-Up TIPS is a government initiative aimed at fostering the growth of domestic tech startups. It supports early-stage investments in tech startups, helping them grow into innovative companies with global competitiveness. Through this selection, JNPMEDI will receive a total of 1.2 billion KRW in R&D funding over the next three years.
JNPMEDI is a company that has developed the 'Maven Clinical Cloud,' a clinical trial data management platform applicable to the pharmaceutical, biotech, digital therapeutics, and digital medical device sectors.
This selection reflects positive evaluations of JNPMEDI’s technological prowess in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, cloud technology, and the viability of clinical trial digital transformation, particularly in Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT).
Consequently, the company plans to accelerate the development of patient-centered clinical trial solutions utilizing mobile devices such as smartphones and wearables.
Kwunho Jeong, CEO of JNPMEDI, mentioned, “Digital technology adoption in the field of clinical trials is accelerating, enough for remote and non-face-to-face trials to become the new norm worldwide. This recognition will drive our efforts not only in leading digital innovation in the clinical trial market but also in seeking entry into global markets like the United States and Australia. We aim to grow as a competitive company in both domestic and international markets.”
