JNPMEDI (CEO KwunHo Jeong) announced on the 2nd that it has signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hallym University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation and Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital. The agreement aims to establish a collaborative framework to train specialized CRO (Contract Research Organization) professionals, promote joint research, and contribute to the advancement of the medical industry through industry-academia cooperation.


The signing ceremony took place at Hallym University Industry Academic Cooperation Center, and the key points of the agreement include promoting joint research based on industry-academia collaboration, providing professional education to develop CRO experts, strengthening technology transfer and consulting for the practical use of research results, and enhancing resource efficiency through personnel exchanges and joint use of equipment and facilities. Furthermore, to establish a sustainable cooperation system, an industry-academia cooperation committee will be formed and operated, with efforts to discover industry-academia collaboration projects and expand the scope of cooperation.


KwunHo Jeong, CEO of JNPMEDI stated, “This agreement will serve as an important turning point for the development of clinical trials and the medical industry. Through this collaboration we will work to strengthen the competitiveness of the domestic medical industry and make achievements in the global market.”


IlJun Kang, Director of Hallym University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, said, “This agreement will be an important opportunity for JNPMEDI and Hallym University to lead the growth of the bio and medical device industries. We will foster practical and sustainable cooperation to contribute to the local community and industrial ecosystem”.
